Mark is a multi-disciplined GRC professional, servant leader, client intimacy champion, and collaborative communicator expert in compliance, IT infrastructure, process improvement, and knowledge management. Using OKR/KPI metrics he drives transformative change across clients in the commercial, financial, healthcare, and ultra-secure managed service provider verticals. Proficient with all major frameworks and legislation including NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SSAE, GLBA, HITRUST, GDPR, and FISMA/FEDRAMP with CRISC, CDPSE, SEC+, ITIL, and CNE certifications.
